Where Educators and Students Find Their Worth in Christ
Rooted Educators was born out of a deep burden to see both educators and students understand who they are in Christ. In a world that often measures worth by performance, comparison, or success, this ministry seeks to point back to the unchanging truth of God’s Word.
With nearly 40 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of walking alongside students and fellow educators through a wide range of seasons—moments of success, times of struggle, and everything in between. This experience has provided not only practical insight into the classroom, but also a growing conviction that true transformation in education begins with identity.
Over the years, I have seen firsthand how easy it is for educators to become discouraged and for students to question their value. Burnout, comparison, academic pressure, and cultural expectations can cloud the truth of who we are. Rooted Educators exists to speak into those moments with clarity, hope, and truth grounded in Scripture.
